Resources for MDH accounts

Instructions for upgrading / downgrading or adding on features for an existing MDH account:

  1. Login to the ModernBill control panel by clicking here (this link will open a new window). This login is different than your Plesk control panel login.
  2. Enter your email address and password for your account
  3. Once logged in, click the "My Sites" tab at the top of the page
  4. Next, click the number shown next to "My Packages:"
  5. A new page will load and show all the packages active for your account. Click on the main package ID, which will look like similar to "MDH02" or "MDH15" (the number following MDH is the number of domains allowed for the account -which can be upgraded).
  6. The page that loads after step 5 will show on what date your account renews and pricing. On the right side of the page you'll notice 2 options:
     1. "Change Add-Ons for the EXISTING Base Package Above" disregard this option.
     2. "Change the Existing Base Package Above to a NEW Base Package" this allows you to upgrade your hosting account from an MDH05 to a MDH10, for example. This is also how to add-on additional IP addresses and other features.
